Choose the series before choosing a model or mounting code. The matrix below organizes the decision by tube layout, mechanical demand, vibration source, installation density and maintenance needs.
It is a selection aid based on the WeiQue product system. Final availability and dimensions must be confirmed for the requested tube OD and assembly.
Typical use cases
- Standard series for common single-line industrial support
- Heavy series for higher mechanical demand and concentrated vibration
- Twin series for two repeat parallel lines with compatible ODs
- Mounting method and bracket stiffness remain part of the final system
Series decision matrix
| Decision factor | DIN 3015-1 Standard | DIN 3015-2 Heavy | DIN 3015-3 Twin |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tube layout | One tube per clamp point | One tube per high-demand support point | Two parallel tubes per clamp point |
| Typical starting use | Machine tools, general hydraulic and pneumatic lines | Pump areas, mobile or heavy equipment, larger mechanical demand | Supply/return pairs and repeated compact routing |
| Vibration review | General equipment vibration | Higher pulsation, mass or structural vibration | Parallel-line movement and spacing control |
| Space efficiency | Flexible single-line routing | Larger support envelope | Compact for two repeated lines |
| Escalate when | Visible movement, large spans or high load | Bracket flexibility or special dynamic load exists | ODs differ, lines need separate movement or service access is poor |
This matrix does not assign a model from pressure alone. Tube OD, wall, routing, mounting stiffness, environment and project rules remain required.
Selection workflow
Define one or two tubes, measure actual OD, identify vibration and load sources, choose the preliminary series, select mounting method, then confirm material, model dimensions, hardware and certificates.
