By accessing weiqueclamps.com or placing an order with Yancheng WeiQue Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. ("WeiQue"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place orders.

Products are manufactured in accordance with DIN 3015 and related standards where stated. Specifications, dimensions, materials and availability shown on this website are indicative. WeiQue reserves the right to make technical improvements without prior notice, provided that form, fit and function are not materially affected.

Customers are responsible for verifying that products are suitable for their intended application. Technical data sheets and certificates are available on request.

All quotations issued by WeiQue are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is formally confirmed.

An order is binding only upon WeiQue's written confirmation (email or signed proforma invoice). Verbal commitments do not constitute a binding order.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight. WeiQue reserves the right to suspend production or withhold shipment until confirmed payment is received. All bank charges outside China are the buyer's responsibility.

Default delivery terms are EXW Funing, Jiangsu, China (Incoterms 2020) unless an alternative is agreed in writing. Delivery dates are estimates. WeiQue is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

WeiQue warrants that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse or modification
• Corrosion or degradation from incompatible media
• Products that have been disassembled or repaired without WeiQue's consent

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence within the warranty period. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement or credit note at WeiQue's discretion.

All technical drawings, CAD files, datasheets, product images and website content are the intellectual property of WeiQue. They may be used solely for the purpose of evaluating or installing WeiQue products. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WeiQue's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the purchase of products shall not exceed the invoice value of the products in question. WeiQue is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of production or damage to downstream equipment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, China.
